A Compilation has been prepared of the several Lists of Banned Copyright works which have been issued from time to time for the government of the Officers of this Department, including all works in respect of which Actions have been brought by the Board up to the 31st December last.
I have it in command to transmit herewith five copies of the Compilation.
I am to signify the request of the Board, with Reference to your Letter of the 27 Aug 1846 that their Ladships will cause the necessary measures to be taken for the purpose of having the same forwarded.
